If you value a private location, waterfront views, a beautiful landscape and/or a resort style lifestyle, then the costs of living in Lake Las Vegas are well justified.
On the flip side, if you prefer a more "typical" suburban community, you may perceive the costs associated with Lake Las Vegas to be unnecessary.
